PC Sales Representative – Job Description

Our client, a premier industry leader in electronics sales and distribution, has an opening for a PC Sales Representative at its headquarters in Stafford, TX.

The PC Sales Representative (PCSR) develops, maintains, supports, manages and expands relationships with both existing and new customers with the purpose of generating additional revenue for the company. The PCSR will also work with marketing and product development teams to assist with business development initiatives regarding customer and industry feedback. The PCSR relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our PC products to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers on our PC products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the PC industry.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ PC sales experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,074.00 - $52,510.00 per year
